Most offices ask you to pay for a full exam before you know whether the care is right for your family. We would rather talk first. Book a free 15-minute discovery call, and if it feels like a fit, your new patient exam is just $65 and comes with a $100 credit towards care through the Gift of Health.
A real conversation with Dr. Carl or Dr. Chelsea about what you are hoping to change: pregnancy comfort, birth outcomes, a baby who is struggling to feed or sleep, or your own aches. We ask questions, answer yours, and tell you honestly what the next step would look like.

Before your first visit
Three worries come up in almost every conversation. Here are our honest answers, in our own words, not a brochure.
Time and frequency depend on the individual and what you are hoping to change. Our office is different: we see practice members more frequently because each adjustment is short and specific, so we never overwhelm an already stressed nervous system. At every visit we tell you what we adjusted and why, and we tell you honestly what to expect next.
We do not bill insurance directly, but we provide a superbill you can submit. The most you will ever pay for an adjustment is $60, and we have different care plans and discounts depending on what you choose, up to 15% off. We can also take HSA and FSA.
Our adjustments are short, specific and gentle, never forceful. Care is adapted to each person, from newborns and kids to adults and expecting moms, and we are certified in pediatric and prenatal techniques. Every visit starts with "How are you feeling today?" and nothing is adjusted before we explain what we found.

Yes. We are certified in the Webster technique along with other prenatal techniques, and we adapt every adjustment to your stage of pregnancy and your comfort. Moms come to us for pelvic and low back discomfort, to stay mobile, and to support baby getting into the best possible position.
We are certified in Pediatric Chiropractic. Babies and kids receive gentle, specific checks, never forceful manipulation. Families bring their children in for feeding and latching challenges, sleep troubles, ear infections and sickness, tummy troubles, behavioral challenges, and every developmental leap.
It depends on the individual and what you are hoping to change. Because each adjustment is short and specific, we often see practice members more frequently than a typical office. That is what keeps an already stressed nervous system from being overwhelmed. We will give you a clear recommendation and review it with you as you progress.
